My Story
I started my career in real estate as a broker at 19 and never looked back. After completing my MBA in Toronto and Shanghai, I joined SmartCentres REIT’s Emerging Leadership Program, gaining experience in development, finance, and leasing.
In 2011, I co-founded Perspective Real Estate Group, focusing on value-add commercial and industrial projects. A decade later, I co-created Capstone Developments, which specialized in urban infill residential projects.
In 2024, I sold my interests to dedicate myself to coaching and community leadership while continuing to invest privately.
Community of Leaders
Beyond real estate, my deepest work lies in helping other entrepreneurs and wealth creators thrive. As the Montreal Chair of TIGER 21, I bring together successful leaders to share insights, challenge assumptions, and grow together.
I am also a member of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and serve on the boards of Kehilla, which develops affordable housing, and Friendship Circle, which supports children with special needs.
Beyond Business
Travel and learning have always been my biggest teachers. I have visited more than 50 countries, speak English, French, Spanish, and Hebrew, and I am constantly searching for new perspectives whether through books, conversations, or experiences.
When I am not working, you will likely find me reading, skiing, playing tennis, or cycling. I split my time between Montreal, the Laurentians, and Florida with my wife Laurence, our two sons Uriel and Noam, and our Goldendoodle, Barney.
